Project engagements
Each project is governed by its approved proposal, quotation, statement of work or agreement. Timelines depend on content, access, approvals, feedback and dependencies being provided as agreed.
Intellectual property
Webgrotech retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, reusable components and internal tools. Ownership or licence terms for client deliverables are stated in the applicable project agreement and normally take effect after full payment.
Third-party services
Hosting, advertising platforms, payment providers, software licences and other third-party services are governed by their own terms, availability and fees. Webgrotech cannot control independent changes made by those providers.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious content, interfere with availability or use website materials in a way that violates applicable law or intellectual-property rights.
